Cencast Conventional Castables
Standard General Purpose refractory castables that characterised by a high cement hydraulic bond. Suitable for boilers, burners etc.
Cencast Low Cement Castables:
General purpose castables utilizing a complex reduced cement and defloculated hydraulic bond. High strength and long lasting.
Cencast Quick Heat Castables:
Chemically bonded castable that exhibits strength that is directly proportional to heat applied. Applicable for furnace zone in contact with molten metals and/ or slags.
Cencast self flow castables:
Range of castables that are either low cement or conventional but are self flowing to enable installation in areas that are difficult to access.

These include castables for specialized applications e.g abrasion resistant castables, wet application materials etc...

Cenvibe S:
Range of dry application refractory lining for induction furnace based on Silica. Product forms a refractory layer known as frit on the hoface of the furnace and wears out evenly backwards.
Cenvibe A:
Range of induction furnace linings based on Alumina. product offers slighty higher maximum service temperatures as compared to the whole Cenvibe S product range. Neutral linings are also available within this range.
Cenvibe B:
Range of induction furnace linings based on basic chemistry like Alumina Chrome and/ or Magnesia. Linings offer much higher refractoriness and higher maximum service temperature, however recommendation is specific to certain specific metallurgical operatoins.
Coil Coat
Cencast SA's coil protection plaster to protect coils from burn throughs in case of molten metal penetration in linings.
Capping Material
Cencast SA offers a variety of capping materials that are used to cap the lining and mold a spout in place.

CORROSION RESISTANT MATERIALS
Cencast SA offers a wide range of high strength corrosion resistant materials suitaable for both industrial and civil applications. These materials exhibit high strength, long life and excellent corrosion resistance in the most chemically reactive environments.
Cencast Acifloor and Aciplast range:
Cencast offers a range of acid resistant monolithics whose corrosion resistance capabilities span from pH1 to pH6. Depending on the application, these products come either as castables or plasters also offering the same strength and long life as civil concretes. applicable in Acid Plants, Battery
Manufacturing Plants, Sugar Refineries etc.
Cencast Alkafloor and Alkaplast range:
Products are high strength castables and plasters that are chemically capable of resisting corrosion within the alkali range of pH 7.5 to pH 14. These products apply in Gold Elution Plants, Tannery Plants, Effluent plants etc.

Insulation and anchors are a critical part of the furnace/ boiler. Insulation seperates the hot face lining and the furnace shell further improving heat retention and efficiency. Anchors hold the set castable in position during service especially in elevated or angular positions.
